With the combination of the mesmerizing views and the sophistication that Ashley and Jonathan brought, their Little Sahara Desert engagement session left us feeling like we had embarked on an exotic adventure. This couple from New York couldn’t have chosen a better destination for their engagements! Utah truly has the most diverse and awe-inspiring landscapes. Their Story

Living in Long Island, Jonathan promised himself that he wouldn’t date city girls. But when had came across this beautiful girl from Manhattan on the dating app Hinge, he decided he would make an exception.

In true gentleman style, Jonathan let Ashley choose the restaurant for their first date. Inspired by her family’s California reunions, she chose her favorite bar and grill. You could say that their first date was a hot success, literally. With the high temperatures of a July evening mixed with the broken AC unit at the restaurant, they were roasting. Since they were at Ashley’s favorite spot, Jon silently suffered but it eventually got to both of them.

Wanting to continue their date, they took a walk along the Hudson River, stopping in front of the Intrepid where they spent the rest of the evening delaying their goodbyes.

Before parting ways that July evening in 2019, Jon made sure to ask Ashley out again. And again, and again.

They spent every weekend together including and even went on a trip to London together before Covid hit and shut down the world. Shortly after the shutdown, they moved in together and that very quickly became a permanent change. During that time, it became very clear what they knew from that first date, this is the one.

After getting engaged on September 24, 2020, we are now preparing to celebrate their amazing relationship with them and we couldn’t be more excited!!
