Fall is my absolute FAVORITE season!! I just love being able to wear pants and long sleeves, maybe carry around a jacket if I’d like. I love the colors changing on the trees and the mountains turning to vibrant colors. I love cold mornings and waking up to hot chocolate!!! But, as much as I love fall, it can be really tricky to try and predict the perfect time for photos and to get schedules to line up with everything. Here in Utah, it’s a free for all! Especially for fall! This year was a little bit crazy. We had the most beautiful colors. Burning oranges and yellows and brilliant reds, then overnight, they were gone. The froze and shriveled up. And the temperatures plummeted to a record breaking low! But that didn’t mean we couldn’t still create magic!!

As we stepped out of our cars, we could see our breath and were frozen. But you would never know that looking at the photos! I am completely in love with this cute little Whicker family and how their family session turned out! So many beautiful colors and smiling faces! It was perfect.
