For the last several years I have been able to watch this beautiful family grow as they keep coming back for more fun and elegant summer family portraits! With both of us living in the Davis County area, it’s been nice to keep the sessions close to home. This little trail in Fruit Heights is probably my new favorite spot after this family session! With the fall leaves still a few weeks away, we were able to catch the tail end of summer with cooler weather for this family session. Though I will say, once fall is here, this would be a really beautiful place for a fall family portrait session!

Stephanie always has her girls in matching dresses which I think is so cute. If my daughter had a sister, I’d probably want them to match some times too. This year’s dresses and outfits were probably my favorite so far! They made their family portraits look so elegant. But I didn’t want them to just have elegant photographs to document this special time of their lives. I wanted them to look back and see how much fun and laughter this season of life was full of.
