Bethany and Ethan took a fun little road trip for the winter engagement session in Utah. Traveling from Idaho, it was fun to reminisce how they first met at church in Texas when they were only about 6 or 7 years old. While her parents were looking for a home in Utah, Bethany stayed with Ethan’s family and moved soon after.

After several years, her family took a visit back to see their Texas friends and their dads made sure to reintroduce them. And Bethany realized that she had found her life-long crush and golden standard for any other boy that she would ever meet. If she ever had boy problems, she would joking say “forget it, I’ll just marry Ethan.”

After years, missions, and going off to college, they wound up bumping into each other at a friend’s wedding reception. It was fate!! Bethany beat Ethan to the punch and asked him out. Now in just a few short weeks, we’ll be celebrating their wedding with them!!
