As a photographer, one of my greatest joys has been to capture some of the amazing moments between a father and his child. I have seen grown men cry as they dance with their baby girl before passing her off to another man. I’ve watched fathers play with their children and kiss their owies better. And I’ve been so privileged to work with such amazing people and it is thanks to some amazing fathers that there are such amazing people.

Joseph Smith once said “It must be emphasized that as a father, you are always teaching. For good or ill your family learns your ways, your beliefs, your heart, your ideas, your concerns. Your children may or may not choose to follow you, but the example you give is the greatest light you hold before your children.” I am so grateful for all them men who have been a light of goodness and integrity so today I wanted to honor them.
