A Romantic Spring Wedding

fEATURED POST

With the combination of the mesmerizing views and the sophistication that Ashley and Jonathan brought, their Little Sahara Desert engagement session left us feeling like we had embarked on an exotic adventure. This couple from New York couldn’t have chosen a better destination for their engagements! Utah truly has the most diverse and awe-inspiring landscapes. Any kind of adventure you’re looking for, we can find it here!!

Aren’t Amanda and Jarom such a beautiful couple?! I was so excited to officially meet them at their Utah State Capitol engagements that turned out to be so elegant and romantic!! Which completely fits their personalities and relationship.

A Utah adventure engagement session is my favorite way to start off my time with my couples! While many of them decide to stay fairly close to where they live, Utah has so much diversity in its landscape that it’s really not hard to make it an adventure. We just find an amazing outdoor location and start the fun!! And with Maren and Tristan, it was so incredibly easy!!

If you are looking for a wedding venue in Layton, Utah, you need to check out the Hideaway on Angel Reception Center!! It was perfect for Paige and Hunter’s wedding! After a beautiful spring wedding at the Draper Utah temple with lots of blossoms on the trees, we ran to the Hideaway where rustic met […]

This Timpanogos Temple spring wedding was so simple and so beautiful. It was almost like a temple elopement with just their immediate family there to celebrate with them. While Covid has seemed to take perfect plans and turn them upside-down, it did the exact opposite for Abby and Russ. They wanted their wedding day to be low key with the focus and emphasis on the promises they were making to each other and to God and Covid scaled everything down to make it even more meaningful and intimate.

Had they had their wedding date just one week earlier, their spring wedding at the Ogden Temple would have looked more like the end of winter with dead everything. The timing was perfect!! Temple grounds were in full bloom with beautiful tulips and blossom trees.

With just a week away from their wedding day, Paige and Hunter came along with me up the mountains again for their winter wedding formals! After their engagements up Big Cottonwood, Paige fell in love with the majesty of the towering pines and steep mountain slopes.

After years, missions, and going off to college, they wound up bumping into each other at a friend’s wedding reception. It was fate!! Bethany beat Ethan to the punch and asked him out. Now in just a few short weeks, we’ll be celebrating their wedding with them!!

GET TO KNOW ME

I strive to capture photographs that feel authentically you–and they should be more than an everyday snapshot. Being photographed can be a dance between who you are and the dressed-up version of who you want to be. As a mama of four littles and a bride before that, I’ve been in your shoes before. Here’s my question to you:
